Harvest: First decade of October
Vinification: The fermentation is carried out in cement vats at controlled temperature for 15-20 days, the malolactic fermentation is carried out after 10-15 days from the alcoholic fermentation
Refinement: In vitrified cement vats for 3 months, then in bottle for 3 months
Tasting Notes: Vivid ruby colour with violet reflex. Intense red fruits aromas with light floreal notes. The taste is fresh and armonius, well balanced with good tannins structure.
