TASTING
In the nose this beer expresses decided grassy notes and delicate malty notes, especially acacia honey, that end with a more discreet green apple. The saturation of CO2 is medium but enough to create an important foam that doesn't disturb tasting. In the mouth the delicate and sweet maltiness taste makes immediately way for a strong but not overbearing hop taste. Along the tasting we can clearly feel aromas of herbs, resin, grass clippings, acacia honey and finally white pulp fruit. Very drinkable, it’s perfect with summer cold dishes and you can enjoy it also with cocoa!
