A rigorous selection of Sangiovese and a white vinification gives to this wine a soft pink colour and an harmonious and lively taste with hints of red fruits and rose petals. It goes well with fish dishes, white meats, soups and baked vegetables.

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Harvest: Last decade of September, first days of October
Vinification: Light press of the dirasped grapes. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats. At controlled temperature for 20-30 days. Refine on lees for three months
Refinement: In bottle one month
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, intense and persistent, full of fruity notes, fresh and savory taste with an elegant structure
Serving Suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish, withe meats, soups and vegetable pies Serving temperature: 10-12 °C
