Vinification: The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats. At controlled temperature for 15-20 days. Refine on lees for three months.
Refinement: In bottle one month
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour with a subtle perlage. Intense aroma with notes of yellow fruits. Fresh and savory, pleasantly lively in the mouth.
