TASTING
In the nose it’s an explosion of herbal aromas such as pine buds scent. Then it expresses malted notes, like fruits in alcohol and dried fruits flavors. We preferred the technique of low fermentation to emphasize the ingredients, this causes the total absence of esters. The saturation of CO2 is medium so JRubra tastes lightly dry and with an important body. The first sensation in the mouth is malty and sweet and, almost immediately, it makes way for a triumph of aromatic resinous hop flavors with a hint of clay scent in the end. This sensation lasts very long, thanks to the four selected hops. JRubra is a good winter beer. It goes well with roasts meats and cheeses.
