

Dedicated to an extraordinary discovery in the underground of Torre a Cenaia and overseen by a great Italian winemaker, Octo is a superior red wine that is the result of a rigorous selection of two international grapes that in Torre a Cenaia best express their characteristics, thanks to a long refinement in Allier oak tonneaux.

Vinification: Cold prefermetation and maceration, fermetation in vitrified cement vats at controlled temperature for 20-25 days. Malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement vats
Refinement: Part in vitrified cement vats and part in Allier oak tonneaux medium toasted for 12 months

Intense, persistent and complex aroma, characterized by fruity scents, in particular blackberry and blueberry, spicy notes and aromatic herbs.
